Returning a Wig Non-Customized Wigs: If no customization (such as cut or color) have been made to your wig, you are eligible to return the wig within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Customized Wigs: If any customization have been applied to your wig, including cuts, color changes, or alterations, the wig cannot be returned and is nonrefundable. Custom Orders: All custom orders are nonreturnable once placed. As part of our commitment to personalized service, bespoke merchandise, including custom wigs, cannot be refunded. General Refund Conditions: We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise specified below, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, such as personalized items and perishable goods. Cancellations: Order cancellations are accepted if requested before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may request a refund following the refund policy. To cancel an order, contact us at 302-437-9702.

Fulfillment/Shipping Policy: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, with possible delays during holidays. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. We ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

With proper care and maintenance, our wigs can last between 5 to 7 years.
CAN I WEAR A WIG IF I HAVE NO HAIR ON MY HEAD?
Absolutely! Our wigs are designed for all women, whether or not they have hair.
I HAVE HAIR. CAN I STILL WEAR A WIG ON TOP?
Yes! You can simply tuck your hair into a low bun or ponytail before placing the wig on.

CAN I SWIM, SLEEP, OR WORK OUT IN MY WIG?
Our wigs are luxury items and are not designed for swimming, sleeping, or working out in. We recommend removing your wig during these activities to maintain its quality and longevity.
WHAT IS A TOPPER, AND WHO IS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR ONE?
A topper is a partial wig, covering about three-quarters of your head, worn with some of your natural hair left out in the front. It clips into your hair a couple of inches from the hairline and blends with your bio hair. If you still have hair along your hairline, you are likely a good candidate for a topper.

Parts of a Wig: Wig: A head covering made from either human or synthetic hair to conceal hair loss or for fashion. Wigs come in various styles, colors, and textures, just like natural hair (bio hair). Wig Grip: A band or material used to keep the wig secure on the head. It helps prevent slipping and reduces the chance of pressure-related headaches. Wig Tape & Adhesives: Products that secure your wig to your scalp. Wig tape is applied to your skin, while wig adhesive uses a special formula to hold the wig in place. Cap: The base or foundation of a wig that provides structure and fits snugly to the shape of your head. Caps are typically made from wefts or hand-tied rows of hair. Cap Construction: Refers to how the wig cap is designed. Caps can be made from various materials like monofilament (a sheer mesh for a natural scalp look) or can be hand-tied, where hair strands are individually knotted into the cap for a natural appearance. Open Cap/Wefted: A cap construction method where the hair is sewn in rows (wefts) with space in between. This results in a lighter, less dense wig, sometimes called a capless or basic cap construction. Monofilament (Mono): A fine mesh fabric used in wig caps. It allows your scalp color to show through, giving the wig a more natural appearance. Weft: A strip of hair sewn together. Multiple wefts are used to create a wig at a lower cost compared to fully hand-tied wigs. Lace Front: A thin, sheer lace panel at the front of the wig. Hairs are tied individually to create the look of natural hair growth along the hairline. Full Lace: A lace panel that extends across the entire front of the cap. This requires customization by a professional stylist to achieve a flawless look. Ear Tabs: The small sections of a wig located near your temples. Ear tabs help with wig placement and can be adjusted for a more secure fit. Nape: The part of the wig that rests at the back of your neck. Parting Space: The area on the wig where the hair can be parted, offering versatility in styling and natural parting options. Density: Refers to how thick or thin the wig appears, based on how closely the strands are sewn together. We offer wigs with a standard 180% density, but you can request 150% or 250% for a custom look. Wig Length: The measurement of the hair's length on the wig, which can range from short pixies and bobs to long, flowing styles. Different Hair Fibers: Hair Fiber: The material from which the wig is made, either human hair or synthetic fibers. Human Hair: High-quality wigs made from real human hair that offer a natural look and feel. Remy Hair: Hair that is collected in a way where all cuticles are aligned in the same direction. This high-quality hair is soft, luxurious, and less prone to tangling. Synthetic Hair: Made from high-quality fibers that mimic the appearance of natural hair.
